About this bottle
Don Cayo Extra Anejo is an aged tequila, handmade in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. This tequila is made with 100% pure Blue Agave, aged for a minimum of 18 months in toasted American oak barrels. It has notes of culinary agave, toasted wood, and sweet fruit on the nose, while the palate is very smooth, with hints of agave, vanilla, cinnamon, and oak. The finish is smooth and full-bodied, leaving behind a spicy aftertaste.
How to drink Don Cayo Extra Anejo
Sip it neat to catch the vanilla and cinnamon from the oak. It also makes a rounder, less sharp margarita than a blanco would.
