This expression blends rums aged 3 to 10 years, then gives the blend a second maturation in vermouth casks — an unusual finishing choice that layers herbal, botanical, and slightly bitter notes from the fortified wine wood onto the rum's existing oak and vanilla base. Expect a more complex, aromatic profile than a standard aged rum: dried fruit and oak up front, with herbal vermouth character and light spice coming through underneath.
