Doña Vega Espadín Joven Mezcal is a mezcal made from 100% Espadín agave, produced in the small village of San Juan del Río, Oaxaca, Mexico. The agave is cooked in a traditional stone oven and then double distilled in copper stills. The result is a smooth, smoky mezcal with notes of citrus, herbs, and spice.
