Dos Angeles Caidos Blanco is an unaged blue weber agave tequila, bottled straight after distillation so the agave leads and no oak gets in the way. Blanco is where a tequila's fermentation and still character sit out in the open, and it is the pour most bartenders reach for when they want a drink to taste green and bright rather than sweet and woody. The nose is cooked agave, green herbs and lime peel. The palate is agave sweetness with citrus, mint and cracked pepper, and the finish stays crisp. Drink it neat in a copita with a slice of orange, or shake it into a margarita.
