Dos Angeles Caidos Reposado 750 ml

Dos Angeles Caidos Reposado is a blue weber agave tequila rested in oak for the two-to-twelve-month window the reposado designation allows. It is the compromise expression in the best sense, keeping the green agave of a blanco while picking up enough vanilla and colour from the wood to drink comfortably on its own. The nose is cooked agave, vanilla and orange peel. The palate is honeyed agave with caramel and baking spice, still with a pepper lift underneath, and the finish is round and warm without turning heavy. Pour it neat after dinner, or use it in an old fashioned with an orange twist.
