Dripping Springs Vodka 375ml

Dripping Springs is a Texas Hill Country vodka, named for the town west of Austin where the brand started and cut with local water. Vodka is judged on texture more than flavour, and the Hill Country producers built their reputation on soft, low-mineral water that leaves a rounder mouthfeel than the sharp, hot style vodka can fall into. The nose is clean and close to neutral with a faint sweet grain note. The palate is soft and rounded with light citrus and a touch of cream, and the finish is short and warm rather than biting. This half bottle keeps well in the freezer. Pour it ice cold, or into a martini or a mule.
