Dry Fly Bloody Mary is a canned version of the brunch standard, made by Dry Fly Distilling in Spokane, Washington, a grain-to-glass producer that works with wheat and barley grown within a short drive of the still. A bloody mary is a fussy drink to build for a crowd, which is exactly why the can makes sense. The nose is tomato, black pepper and horseradish. The palate is savoury tomato with celery salt, lemon and a low chilli warmth, and the finish is peppery and dry.
