About this bottle
This Eden Mill single malt is part of the Art of St Andrews Collection, with only 5 casks released worldwide for the 2023 edition — an extremely limited run even by single-cask standards. It's a lightly peated expression matured in a combination of Bourbon, Oloroso, and Pedro Ximénez casks, then finished by Head Distiller Scott Ferguson in ex-Grande Champagne Cognac casks. Each bottle comes with a commemorative gift box featuring artwork from Fife-based illustrator Jill Calder, making it as much a collector's piece as a whisky.
