El Dorado Single Still Enmore 2009 comes entirely off DDL's Enmore wooden Coffey still, a rare continuous still preserved from the closed Enmore estate in Guyana, and spent twelve years in oak before bottling at 40% ABV. Where Port Mourant leans heavy and vegetal, the Enmore marque is lighter and more floral, with notes of toasted coconut, vanilla, and tropical fruit riding over a still-present oak backbone. It's a 2009 vintage release aimed at collectors who want to compare Demerara's individual stills side by side rather than the blended house expressions.
