About this bottle
El Jimador Silver is the unaged expression from Casa Herradura's distillery in Amatitán, Jalisco, and one of the best-selling tequilas in Mexico. Made from 100% blue Weber agave and bottled straight off the still without barrel time, it keeps the raw agave character front and center: cooked agave, black pepper, and a light citrus lift on the nose, with a clean, peppery palate and a short finish. It's a straightforward mixing blanco rather than a sipper, built to be a reliable house pour for margaritas and everyday cocktails.
