Evan Williams Single Barrel Vintage 2014, a Kentucky straight bourbon from Heaven Hill, prints three facts on every label: the date the whiskey went into oak, the date it was bottled, and the number of the barrel it came from. The distillery's master distillers hand-select each barrel for the vintage series, which goes to bottle at 86.6 proof after roughly seven to eight years in new charred oak. The 2014 vintage runs true to the house style — dark caramel, sweet oak, and charred wood on the nose, a lush, lightly spicy palate of honey, apple, and orange, and a long, relaxed finish. Single-barrel bourbon rarely costs this little. Sip it neat to study one barrel's character, or make it the house old fashioned pour.

        What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

        What do I do if a courier does not deliver my package?

        • On rare occasions couriers will mishandle your package and deem it damaged before it arrives and send it back to our warehouse. If this happens to you, please send us an email at support@liquorverse.com. We will send you a new bottle!
