Fiddler Toasted Bourbon 750ml

Fiddler Toasted is the toasted-oak expression of ASW Distillery's Atlanta bourbon. Where a standard barrel is charred hard, toasting heats the wood lower and slower, coaxing out sugars and vanillin instead of scorching them, and the result is a bourbon that reads sweeter and rounder rather than smokier. The nose leans into vanilla bean, toasted marshmallow and baking spice; the palate is caramel, milk chocolate and stewed apple; the finish is soft, sweet and slow to leave. It is an easy pour for anyone who finds standard bourbon too dry through the middle. Serve it neat, over a big cube, or in an old fashioned with an orange twist.
