Filmland Spirits Quadraforce 750 ml

Firmland Spirits Quadraforce is a small-production American whiskey, the kind of bottle that comes from a distillery still working at a scale where every batch is a decision rather than a procedure. Without a widely published spec sheet behind it, the honest way to approach it is with an open glass rather than expectations: look for the grain-forward character that defines craft whiskey, caramel and vanilla pulled out of the wood, baking spice through the middle, and a warm, moderately dry finish. Pour it neat first to take its measure, then try it in an old fashioned, where sugar and bitters can meet it halfway.
