Forty Creek Barrel Select is a Canadian whisky made from a blend of three different whiskies, each aged in separate barrels. The whisky is aged for a minimum of six years in a combination of American oak, Canadian oak, and sherry barrels. The whisky is then blended together and bottled at 40% ABV. The whisky has a smooth, sweet taste with notes of oak, caramel, and spice.
