The gin is made using botanicals such as native Australian finger limes, coriander seed, cardamom, and Tasmanian pepperberry, giving it citrus, spice, and juniper character that's a good pick for sipping neat or in cocktails. The Navy Strength designation traces back to a higher alcohol content historically used by the Royal Navy to ensure gunpowder could still ignite if it came into contact with the spirit.
