Four Square Epilogue Single Blended Rum 750ml

Foursquare Epilogue is a single blended rum from the Foursquare Distillery in St Philip, Barbados. Single blended means every drop comes from one distillery - pot still and traditional column spirit married together - and Foursquare adds no sugar, no glycerol and no colouring, so what reaches the glass is distillate and cask and nothing else. That house style runs dry, oak-driven and unusually structured for rum. Look for banana, toffee and dried fig on the nose, a palate of brown sugar, orange peel, tobacco and coconut laid over firm oak, and a finish that goes long and dry with cocoa and spice. Drink it neat, or over one big cube.
