Foursquare Probitas Green Label 750 ml

Foursquare Probitas is a white blended rum built from Barbadian pot and column distillate made at Foursquare and Jamaican pot still rum from Hampden Estate - two very different island traditions married into one bright, oak-free bottling. The Jamaican component brings the funk; the Bajan side brings structure and restraint. There is no sugar and no colouring added here either. Expect green banana, olive brine and a whiff of overripe pineapple on the nose, a palate of grassy sugarcane, tropical fruit and light smoke, and a clean, briny finish. This is a mixing rum with something to say - put it in a daiquiri or a Ti' Punch and it will hold its own.
