Full Curl Elysian Gin is a botanical gin built the usual way - a clean base spirit redistilled with juniper at the centre and a supporting cast of herbs, spices and citrus peel chosen by the distiller. Gin hides nothing, so the balance of those botanicals against each other is effectively the whole product. Expect juniper, lemon peel and a floral lift on the nose, a palate of pine, coriander seed, bright citrus and a light peppery warmth, and a dry, clean finish. Pour it into a gin and tonic with a fat wedge of grapefruit, or stir it very cold into a Martini with a twist of lemon.
