Garrison Brothers Balmorhea is a small-batch, single-barrel bourbon whiskey made from a mash bill of corn, rye, and malted barley. It is aged for at least two years in new, charred American oak barrels. The whiskey has a deep amber color and a nose of sweet caramel, toasted oak, and baking spices. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy with notes of vanilla, toasted oak, and baking spices. The finish is long and lingering with a hint of sweetness. Balmorhea is a great sipping whiskey and can also be used in cocktails.
