Giulia Tequila Blanco is an unaged tequila, bottled straight after distillation so nothing sits between you and the agave. Blanco is the most exposed expression in the category, with no barrel to round the edges and no colour to hide behind, which is exactly why bartenders reach for it first. Expect cooked agave, citrus zest and a green herbal note on the nose, a palate of sweet roasted agave with white pepper and a touch of mineral salt, and a clean, crisp finish.
