About this bottle
Glenfiddich Winter Storm is the third release in the distillery's Experimental Series, taking 21-year-old Glenfiddich single malt and finishing it for up to six months in French oak Icewine casks sourced from a Niagara winery. Only whisky old enough to stand up to that intensity — the 21 Year stock — was used for the finish. The result layers the distillery's usual orchard-fruit character with candied fruit, Turkish delight, and ripe lychee from the Icewine casks, closing on a rich, drying sweetness. It's an age-stated, cask-finished single malt built for someone who already appreciates aged Glenfiddich and wants to taste an unusual dessert-wine finish on top of it.
