God Enoc Ultra Aged Tequila 80 proof 750ml

God Enoc Ultra Aged is the long-matured end of the God Enoc tequila range, bottled at 80 proof and given enough time in oak to pour a deep amber. At this strength and this age the spirit reads gentle rather than assertive, with the barrel doing most of the talking. Expect vanilla, toffee and dried fruit on the nose, a palate of caramel, cooked agave and warm baking spice, and a rounded finish of oak and light sweetness. It is a dessert-hour tequila rather than a mixing bottle. Pour it neat at room temperature, or over one large cube if the room is warm.
