Grand Mayan Tequila Silver is made from 100% blue agave and rests briefly — around two months — in oak before bottling, just enough contact to round off blanco's rawest edges without adding real color or heavy oak character. It keeps the agave's fresh, vegetal brightness front and center, closer to a lightly-rested blanco than a true reposado. Grand Mayan is best known for its hand-blown glass decanter bottles, each one-of-a-kind, which set the brand apart as much as the liquid inside. How to drink Grand Mayan Silver
