Griffo Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur comes from a small family-run distillery in Petaluma, California, and it is built exactly the way its name suggests — cold brewed coffee rather than heat-extracted, which keeps the harsh bitterness down and the aromatics intact. The result is darker and far less syrupy than the coffee liqueurs most bars default to.
