Still Waldos is the annual limited release from Griffo Distillery in Petaluma, California, a family-run operation that names this bottling for the Waldos — the group of Bay Area friends credited with coining 420. Each year's release is bottled in small numbers and tends to disappear quickly. This is malt whiskey matured in the cool, damp air of the North Bay, which is a slower place to keep a barrel than Kentucky.
