About this bottle

Herradura Anejo is a 100% blue Weber agave tequila from Casa Herradura, one of the oldest continuously operating tequila distilleries, still using slow, traditional fermentation methods across its range. Rested a minimum of 11 months in American oak barrels, just under the anejo category's full year in some batches, it carries real depth from the extended aging: cooked agave and oak on the nose, vanilla and caramel through a smooth, mellow palate, and a warm finish. Herradura's house style leans more toward robust, earthy agave character than some lighter competing brands, which shows even through the barrel influence.

How to drink Herradura Anejo

Pour it neat or on the rocks in a rocks glass, letting the earthy agave and oak balance show.
