J. Lohr Signature Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 is a Paso Robles red wine from J. Lohr Vineyards & Wines' top-tier Signature series, sourced from the estate's warmer, sun-drenched Central Coast vineyards. It's aged in a high percentage of new French oak, giving it more structure and richness than J. Lohr's entry-level Cabernet. Expect a nose of dark berry, cassis and vanilla oak, a palate that's full-bodied with ripe black fruit, firm tannins and a touch of mocha, and a long, warming finish. Serve at cellar temperature, around 60-65°F, with grilled steak or aged cheese.
