About this bottle
This is Jack Daniel's Tennessee whiskey in a McLaren-liveried limited edition bottle, released out of the distillery's partnership with the Formula 1 team — the Halo MK1 name comes from the car, not from the whiskey. What is inside is the Lynchburg house style: corn-led whiskey filtered through ten feet of sugar maple charcoal before it ever reaches a barrel, which is the step that separates Tennessee whiskey from bourbon. Expect banana, caramel and toasted oak on the nose, a soft, sweet palate of vanilla and charred sugar, and a light, warm finish. Drink it over a big cube, or with cola.
