Joseph Cartron Violette is a violet liqueur from the Burgundy house at Nuits-Saint-Georges, and its colour alone explains why bartenders keep it within reach. The nose is fresh violet and parma sweets; the palate is floral and perfumed with a soft berry note and moderate sweetness; the finish is short and clean, leaving the flower rather than the sugar behind.
