This whisky is made from 100% Islay barley, which is grown, malted, distilled, matured and bottled at the distillery. The whisky is matured in a combination of Oloroso Sherry and Bourbon casks, giving it a unique flavor profile. The whisky has a deep golden color and a nose of sweet malt, dried fruits, and a hint of smoke. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy with notes of honey, toffee, and a hint of peat smoke.
