Komos Anejo Reserva 750ml

Komos Añejo Reserva is an añejo tequila from Jalisco, presented in the brand's ceramic decanter and made in a modern, dessert-leaning style rather than a rustic one. Añejo means at least a year in oak, and here the time shows in the texture as much as the colour: cooked agave and vanilla on the nose with a note of toasted almond behind, a rich palate of caramel, baked apple and soft oak spice with very little bite, and a long, sweet finish. This one is built for sipping and rewards a decent glass. Pour it neat in a copita, or over a single large cube if you want it slower.
