La Bodega Reposado 1L

La Bodega Reposado is a rested tequila in a full litre bottle, held in oak long enough to take on colour and soften the raw agave edge. Reposado sits between blanco and añejo by design: the agave stays in front while the barrel adds sweetness and a little polish. The nose leans toward cooked agave, vanilla and light toasted oak; the palate is smooth and lightly sweet with caramel, citrus and warm baking spice; and the finish is medium, gently peppery and clean. The litre size makes it a house bottle rather than a special occasion one. Sip it over ice, or build margaritas and palomas all night.
