La Fée Parisienne Absinthe Supérieure 200ml

La Fée Parisienne is a French absinthe bottled at 68% ABV and made with grande wormwood, developed with the founder of the Absinthe Museum in Auvers-sur-Oise as a return to pre-ban style. It is a verte, coloured by a herbal maceration after distillation, and it louches to a thick cloud the second cold water hits it. The nose is anise, fennel and dried herbs; the palate leads with sweet anise, turns bitter with wormwood through the middle and lifts again with cooling mint; and the finish is long, dry and slightly numbing. Drip three to five parts iced water over a sugar cube and take your time.
