La Venenosa Sinergia 15 Year Anniversary 750ml

La Venenosa Sinergia 15th Anniversary Raicilla is a highly limited, commemorative agave spirit (Raicilla) crafted to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the pioneering brand, La Venenosa. This special bottling represents a post-distillation blend of 1,500 liters that unites the spirits, diverse terroirs, and traditions of nine different master distillers and families from across the entire project.

Nose (Aroma): Bright and intensely expressive. It opens with fresh agave, vibrant citrus peel, and wild floral blossoms. This is balanced by savory undertones of white pepper, a distinct crushed-stone or earthy minerality, and a very subtle edge of delicate smoke. 

Palate (Taste): Full-bodied and highly textural. The front of the palate is dominated by sweet roasted agave and tropical fruits, which quickly give way to savory layers of green herbs, black pepper, and a unique, briny note reminiscent of olive brine. 

Finish: Long, complex, and warming. It leaves lingering traces of herbal spice, citrus zest, saline mineral notes, and a soft, clean puff of smoke.
