Lapis Tequila Añejo is a 100% blue agave tequila from La Tequileña in Jalisco, Mexico, aged a minimum of one year in oak to earn its Añejo label. That year in wood pulls the raw agave toward roasted notes, caramel, and vanilla, with a hint of oak running through a longer, warmer finish than you'd get from the brand's Blanco. Bottled at 80 proof, it's aged enough to sip comfortably but still close enough to the agave to remind you it's tequila and not trying to pass for something else. Good for someone who wants an aged tequila for sipping without paying reserve-bottle prices.
How to drink Lapis Añejo
