Lemon Hart is a name with real history behind it, a rum house that supplied the Royal Navy in the early 1800s and became a fixture of tiki bars for its heavy, dark style. Blackpool Spiced applies that heritage to a spiced rum, with baking spice layered over molasses-rich rum rather than a light, sugary base. Vanilla, cinnamon and molasses on the nose lead to a palate of warm spice, caramel, dark sugar and orange peel, then a sweet, spiced finish that hangs around. Mix it into a rum and ginger beer with lime, use it in a spiced daiquiri, or pour it over ice on a cold night.
