Lind & Lime Gin comes from the Lind & Lime Distillery in Leith, the old port district of Edinburgh, and leans on lime peel alongside the usual juniper to build a citrus-forward London Dry style. Juniper, lime peel, pink peppercorn and angelica root make up the core botanicals, bottled at 44% ABV. The nose is bright with fresh lime, the palate carries juniper against that citrus backbone with a light peppery lift, and the finish stays clean and crisp.
