Los Sundays Blanco No.4 is an unaged blanco tequila from Jalisco, bottled clear and straight from the still with no time in wood, so what reaches the glass is agave and the distillery's own house character rather than barrel influence. The white label marks the blanco in the range. Expect cooked agave and citrus on the nose with a green, herbal lift behind it; the palate is clean and lightly sweet, running roasted agave, lime zest and white pepper; the finish is short and peppery without heat that lingers. Drink it chilled with a wedge of lime, or build it into a Tommy's Margarita where the agave has room to carry the drink.
