Los Sundays Blanco is an unaged, additive-free tequila made from 100% Blue Weber agave — nothing in the bottle but agave, water, and yeast. The blend is the point: highland agave brings floral, citrus brightness, while lowland agave adds an earthier, more vegetal base, and double distillation pulls them into one clean, agave-forward pour. It reads bright and crisp, with fresh citrus and a soft snap of white pepper, and it stays clear because it never sees a barrel. This 200ml flask is the small-format version — enough for a couple of cocktails or a first taste before you commit to a full bottle. Drink it cold and neat, or build it into a margarita where the additive-free agave actually comes through.
