Luminance Prism 750ml

Luminance Prism is a bourbon from the Luminance label, bottled in small volume rather than produced at national scale, so verified production detail is thin on the ground and we would rather say so than guess. The legal frame still tells you plenty: a corn-dominant mash aged in new charred oak, nothing added. Look for vanilla, caramel and toasted grain on the nose; a palate of honey, oak spice and a little dark fruit; and a medium finish that turns dry and lightly peppery. Try it neat in a Glencairn before you judge it, then over one big cube, or in a Manhattan where sweet vermouth can meet it halfway.
