Mandala Reposado is a reposado tequila from Mandala, rested in oak for a period of months to soften the raw agave edge while keeping cooked agave and citrus character intact. Expect cooked agave and light oak on the nose, a balanced, smooth palate with vanilla and pepper, and a moderate, warming finish. The reposado aging rounds off the raw edges you'd get from a blanco without fully covering up the agave underneath. It's a flexible bottle for both sipping and mixing into agave-forward cocktails.
