Martini & Rossi Floreale Non Alcoholic Aperitivo 750ml

Martini Floreale is the non-alcoholic aperitivo from Martini & Rossi, built on the same Italian tradition as their vermouth but with the alcohol left out entirely, at 0.0 percent. Chamomile and bergamot lead the botanical blend, which gives it a lighter, more floral profile than the bitter orange style. The nose is chamomile, lemon blossom and herbs, the palate is delicate and gently bitter with white flowers, citrus peel and a touch of honey, and the finish is dry and clean with just enough bitterness to reset the palate. Serve it the way you would a spritz: tall glass, plenty of ice, soda on top and a lemon twist.
