Mermaid Pink Small Batch Gin 750ml

Mermaid Pink is the strawberry-led version of the Isle of Wight Distillery's small batch gin, bottled at 38 percent. It uses the same botanical backbone as the original, including rock samphire foraged on the island, Boadicea hops, elderflower and lemon zest, with Isle of Wight strawberries added, so it lands sweeter and softer without losing the juniper underneath. The nose is ripe strawberry, elderflower and citrus, the palate is gently sweet with red fruit, coriander and a saline note from the samphire, and the finish is clean and dry. Pour it over ice with tonic and a fresh strawberry, or use it in a gin sour where the fruit meets acid.
