Midleton Very Rare is the annual vintage release that sits at the summit of Irish whiskey, a blend of single pot still and grain whiskeys hand-selected each year by the master distiller at Midleton. Every bottling is drawn from casks aged roughly twelve to twenty years in ex-bourbon American oak, then numbered and signed by hand, with fewer than 2,500 cases leaving the distillery in a given year.
