Mission Cocktails Manhattan 375 ml

Mission Cocktails Manhattan is a bottled version of whiskey, sweet vermouth and bitters, batched at 375ml and ready to pour over ice for a stir. A Manhattan lives or dies on its ratio and on vermouth that has not gone tired in the fridge, which is exactly the problem a sealed bottle solves. Dried cherry, vermouth's herbal edge and warm baking spice come through on the nose. The palate sets whiskey spice against bittersweet red fruit, and the finish is long and softly oaked. Stir it with ice for twenty seconds, strain into a chilled coupe, and garnish with a brandied cherry.
