This is Moët & Chandon's brut champagne in a limited gold-box collaboration with Pharrell Williams, a gift-first release that puts the house's signature non-vintage blend behind designed packaging. The wine inside is made the way it always is: a blend drawn from across the Champagne region and from reserve wines held back in Épernay, aged on the lees to build texture before disgorgement. Green apple, citrus and fresh brioche open the nose. White peach and pear follow on a fine, insistent bead, and the finish is dry and clean. Serve it cold in a tulip glass, on its own or with something salty to start the night.
