Mr. Boston Peach Schnapps is a peach liqueur from one of the oldest working names in American bartending, the same house behind the Official Bartender's Guide that generations of bar staff learned from. It is a mixing bottle first: sweet, direct and reliable, the ingredient that makes a Fuzzy Navel a Fuzzy Navel and gives a Sex on the Beach its backbone. The nose is ripe peach and stone fruit sweetness. The palate is juicy and rounded, closer to canned peach than fresh, and the finish is short and clean. Pour it long with orange juice over ice, or shake it with vodka, cranberry and pineapple.
