Ncnean Organic Huntress Lemon Meadow 700ml

Nc'nean Huntress Lemon Meadow is a limited release from the organic distillery on the Morvern peninsula, on Scotland's west coast, where the whole site runs on renewable energy and the barley is certified organic. The Huntress series is where Nc'nean puts its more experimental cask work, and each edition takes its name from the character it lands on rather than a house template. This one runs bright and green. The nose is lemon peel, meadow flowers and fresh barley; the palate is citrus, honey and soft orchard fruit over malt; the finish is clean and lightly grassy. Drink it neat, or with a drop of water to open it up.
