Necesita Tequila Anejo 750ml

Necesita Tequila Añejo is a blue agave tequila aged in oak for at least twelve months, the minimum the añejo class demands. That year in wood does the same work it does anywhere: it draws vanilla and caramel out of the barrel, rounds off the pepper of a young distillate and leaves a spirit heavy enough to sip the way you would a whiskey. The nose is vanilla, dried fruit and toasted oak. The palate is caramel and cinnamon over cooked agave, and the finish is long, warm and softly sweet. Pour it neat in a copita, or over one big cube after a meal.
