Oak and Eden PDM Steel Spire Select Bourbon is made with 51% corn, 35% rye, 12% malted barley and 2% chocolate malt. This bourbon is bold and full-bodied, tipping the scales at a respectable 94 proof. The complex aroma offers notes of caramel, hazelnut, vanilla, oak, and hints of baking spices, while the palate brings notes of cornbread, caramel, sweet oak, dried fruit, and clove. Finish is warm and rich with dried fruit.
The Spire French Oak finish adds layers of complexity to the whiskey, along with a lovely burnt-sugar and toasted-oak character. The depths of sweet oak aromas and flavors perfectly complement the original bold base flavor of the bourbon, while the natural tannins from the French Oak help round out the profile and give it a beautiful finish.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

What do I do if a courier does not deliver my package?
